I was intrigue with this new product sold in the market called Dead Sea Mud Pack. According to the sales person the product is imported from Israel and it has many beneficial effects when applied in the skin.
My sister recently bought some blinds for her window. According to her this is necessary because she hates the sunlight sometimes. She works at night and she is asleep in the morning, thus she doesn’t want the glare of the sun for the outside. With blinds she can sleep comfortably without the penetrating light form the sun. On some regular days when she is awake in the morning she also prefers to use the blinds when she watches TV. The light from the outside is distracting especially when it hit the TV screen. So it is better to have blinds in your home if you want to sleep in the day or want to watch TV without the distracting light rays from the sun.

It’s not hard to see why Christopher Columbus called the papaya “the fruit of the angels.” One large papaya is packed with 235 milligrams of vitamin C-two to three times more than you RDA and is excellent source of vitamin A, potassium, and calcium. Believed to be native to southern Mexico and neighboring Central America, the papaya has two main varieties: Hawaiian and Mexican. You commonly see the Hawaiian or Solo papaya in supermarkets; it has a yellow peel and a bright-orange fleshy inside. Mexican papayas are usually much larger and less flavorful but still have the same nutritious qualities. Both varieties have edible round black seed in the middle-the spicy flavor is reminiscent of black pepper. The melon like fruit also contains papain, an enzyme that helps digestion and is used to tenderize meat. To eat this exotic fruit, slice it like a melon, scoop out the seed, and discard the peel. Mix it into a salsa, add to a smoothie, or just eat it as is.

Ever since I worked in the bank I was very obedient to my bosses as well as co workers. If there are tasks given to me I immediately do it so that I can finish the job and it won’t be a backlog on my part. This obedience is normal since this is my job, I have to perform it well. But lately I have noticed that some of my co workers take advantage over me.

I am on my vacation right now, going around the city and seeing places I seldom visit because I am totally a workaholic. This time I take this chance to celebrate my freedom from the office. On the first day of my vacation however, an office mate of mine called out and asked me if I am busy, I just made some white lies and told her yes. She then told me if I am not busy maybe I could come to the office and explain some sort of transactions that she couldn’t understand. I was shocked and I asked myself is this how people in the bank act? I am enjoying my personal space at the moment and suddenly someone could just pull me out of my vacation leave? Well I was pissed a bit and I talk ed frankly to her that “You may want to respect my time. If in any way you need help you just have to consult others and let them help you”. It’s a matter of saying “NO“ right? And she must learn how to respect my time by not bothering me in time of my vacation.

After the day I also felt guilty, talking to a senior staff that way is also offensive. Luckily at nighttime I received a message from her telling me that she apologize for asking favor in time of my vacation that she would also get upset if she was in my position.

I always love looking at picture on aerial views so given the chance I always took a snap when I am on a plane. I take pictures of mountain ranges, some clouds, but it turns out my photo is a bit blurry and I get disappointed every time I do it. Then, a friend of mine who is a pro taught me the basic of snapping pictures when I’m on a plane or even if I am riding a fast running vehicle.

First, look for the cleanest portion of the window, and bring your camera as close to the pane as possible. Most cameras can focus through the glass, but if yours is having trouble, see if you can override auto focus and manually focus the camera to infinity.

Turn off the flash (it will kick back reflection), and try to set the camera’s ISO at 400 or 800. This lets the camera select a faster shutter speed, which will overcome the movement of the vehicle. If your camera has a vibration reduction (or image stabilization), turn on that feature too.

Finally, if you’re using shooting modes, select the sports mode, not the landscape, for the fastest possible shutter speed. The landscape mode assumes you’re standing still and goes for smaller apertures and slower shutter speeds.

So there you have it hope I shared something informative today base on what I learned from my friend.
