Combination of gym exercises and supplements

Aside from going to the gym daily I am also taking diet pills that really work. I found that this diet pill work because it has really shed the pounds out of me and it is helping me build my muscle. According to my personal trainer, the ideal workout includes the gym and some supplement. During gym exercises the excess fats in the body are burned thus releasing more energy. Taking supplement on the other hand will further help in weight loss because it promotes the elimination of fats in the digestive system before it is being absorbed in the bloodstream. A word of advice from my fitness trainer is that I should always drink liquid in order to avoid dehydration.
