The computer monitors in the office will soon be replaced by something much better than what we have right now. According to the management the bank will issue touch screen monitors, this is just a test though because we are all used to keyboard and with our daily transaction these touch screen monitors may get broken immediately. Anyway this is a nice move by the company; it is good to know that we will not get left behind by our competitors who did the same thing. I hope the company will not just upgrade the devices, but also upgrade the product and services so that our customers can also experience new services.
