Our office mate just gave birth to her baby girl it was a healthy baby and she even bought it at office while she was on maternity leave. Anyway she has been discussing with other women in the office about her breast feeding problems. According to her she could not produce milk sufficient for the baby so she relies on infant formula for the milk. She knows that mother milk is vital to babies health because it has colostrum that build the immune system of the baby. So my office mates gave her advice on how she can increase her milk production she was also instructed to search online on the possible ways to increase milk production.
