Finding a better career
Right now I’m a bit confused whether I would continue to be employed in the bank or find a better career. I have this confusion in my mind because I noticed that my salary did not move in the three years of my employment. Although the evaluation of my work was all positive, but still I haven’t received salary increased. To compensate all my expenses I tried to have a sideline by offering insurance quotes hoping that people will be enticed to get one. It is a commissioned based sideline so I needed to exert more effort to get more sales. As time passes my desire to move in other company strengthens, I submit resumes and application letters, I was even interviewed by one of the companies.
