For over 5,000 years, the Chinese and other ancient cultures have been aware of many healing properties of tea. There are so many health benefits you get from drinking tea; it does a lot in your physical health. According to the book The New Tea Lover’s Treasury, tea fights everything from tooth decay to cancer. It is impossible to name any one substance that confers as many benefits as tea. So maybe you could try a tea party instead of beer drinking session, this creates a sense of intimacy with the one person you need to know best and offers a feeling of sanctuary that will have you coming away relaxed and revitalized.
- Create an atmosphere of relaxation by arranging cut flowers and playing soothing music.
- Find a quiet comfortable place either on the floor or in a chair by a window so you can benefit from the natural light.
