Student life
There was one point in my life that I experienced insomnia, this was when I was in college. As I remembered I was an assistant librarian that time in our school library, a personal tutor and at the same time a full-time student. My day starts at 8:00 am in the library of course there are so many books to arrange since most students leave the books everywhere in the room. My shift will end at around 11:00 in the morning, I am still in the move of course and I am just hungry during this time. So I usually go out for lunch for only 30 minutes because my class will start at exactly 12 noon. Up to 7:00 pm I am stuck in the room, writing, listening and sometimes we do experiments for our Biochemistry class. After my class, I immediately head for my tutee to teach various subjects. It 12 midnight when I arrive home so tired, but I still couldn’t sleep. My sleeplessness persists for months that I have to take sleeping pills. I didn’t want to get hooked to sleeping pills so sometimes I really forced myself to sleep forcing my eyes to close and think nothing aside from counting sheep. That was really the toughest time of my student’s life though it was hard, but still I learned a lot. I learned how to manage time, manage finances and of course I learned on how to value my health.
