Obesity is a real problem nowadays, many suffers from this condition mainly because they tend to overeat. The availability of food is the real source of the problem; some fast food chains would like to satisfy their customers by up sizing their products like burgers, fries and donuts. But the fast food should not only to blame since most obese people have a bad healthy lifestyle. They are dormant when they are not munching food, they just sit on their couch, watch TV and never minds activities that can somehow burn their fats.
