What is the real culprit of acne breakouts? I was told by my friend one time that her brother who still has acne had a dirty blood. I really wondered how it happened when our body has the ability to clean the blood; it would be toxic if the blood is really dirty right? So I read some references at home, which were my books when I was still in the premed. I’ve read that the cause of acne is unhygienic lifestyle by not washing your face thoroughly or maybe your skin products don’t suit you. There are some products make your skin condition works since it is not compatible with your skin. Even soap has allergic reaction to skin so better listen to your dermatologist advice for your skin products. A few people tough especially women has hormonal problems thus they tend to have acne breakouts even after puberty. If the blood is dirty it could be fatal right? Maybe she should they should go to their dermatologist for a check up.
