Part of the banking job is to know what are the clients activities so one day I was tasked to update one of our client’s business activity. They have a big account in our bank so I should be careful on my question to them or I may offend them. So I asked them how was their insurance business going, they said their business is doing well despite the financial crisis. Also, life insurance leads keep them upbeat because most of this is the basis of customers on getting life insurance. With their leads far more competitive with the other life insurance companies they sure are gaining in terms of profit. So as I finished my tasked I found out that my client’s nature of business is about life insurance and it’s doing well.
