Nokia and Samsung has just recently introduce their new rugged built phones. In this post I will particularly talk about the Nokia 3720. According to press releases this ruggedized mobile device has features comparable to other series of Nokia, but the big difference is that it resists water, dust and other elements that may harm the phone.

The Nokia 3720 is bundled with Series 40 6th edition user interface. So if you are using Nokia phones you are familiar with their basic functions. It has a 2 megapixel camera, FM radio and so much more to offer.

With the initial testing, the phone was submerged in the water, run over by a car and yet it continued to function. Furthermore, its durability is supported by IP54 certification saying it is dust and water splash resistant. The phone is made from durable plastic which guarantees toughness of the phone.
