My yoga experience
My friend and I were on a physical fitness for two years. We are a member of a gym in our locality so in our own rights we are healthy of course. But sometimes this routinize workout becomes too boring. So we decided to enroll in a yoga class. As we started there were a lot to consider like being in the class we needed to be at peace all the time and we have to let go of negative energies. They also encouraged us to get the basic materials to start.
First we need to have some mats custom made from the India. I first wondered what was the difference of regular and I noticed that every time I used it I feel really at peace. Maybe due to comfort it gives me whenever I lie down or I’m on yoga position. Next was we should have the prescribed drinks as told by the yoga masters themselves. I had some of the exotic teas produced from Ceylon, India and China. It’s the finest selection of tea that can detoxify one’s body. When I use the tea I always feel refreshed and totally full of energy. It also relaxes me maybe there are components in the tea that can balance my body hormone. And lastly they recommended us that we should have some accessories. They gave us some neat accessories like bells and the most striking was the Singing Bowl. So the yoga master gave me and my friend a Singing bowl. But they told us if we wanted to add more we can easily find singing bowls from an online store. So I browse the web address and find out so many singing bowls all have different designs and accordingly produces different quality sounds. I choose to buy the crystal one and when I received it, I immediately used it. The sound it produced was totally relaxing it is as if I’m in a paradise.
Until now I constantly attend our yoga session. It is very fulfilling because I’m always at peace.
